సాక్షి, వైఎస్సార్ జిల్లా:పులివెందులలో వాటర్ గ్రిడ్ పనులకు మళ్లీ శంకుస్థాపనకు చంద్రబాబు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాడని వైఎస్సార్సీపీ ఎంపీ వైఎస్ అవినాష్రెడ్డి అన్నారు. ఈ పథకాన్ని వైఎస్ జగన్ సీఎంగా 50 శాతం పనులు పూర్తి చేశారు. అసలు ఆ వాటర్ గ్రిడ్ పథకాన్ని వీళ్లే కనిపెట్టినట్లు, దాన్ని వీళ్లే మంజూరు చేసినట్లు ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటున్నారని చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వంపై అవినాష్రెడ్డి మండిపడ్డారు. పులివెందులలోని వైఎస్సార్ ఆడిటోరియంలో జరిగిన వైఎస్ జగన్ జన్మదిన వేడుకల్లో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు. అనంతరం మాట్లాడుతూ.. కూటమి సర్కార్ తీరును ఎండగట్టారు.
‘‘గూగుల్ డేటా సెంటర్ నుంచి అన్నింటిలో క్రెడిట్ చోరీ కార్యక్రమం పెట్టుకున్నారు. ఆ క్రెడిట్ చోరీలో భాగంగానే పులివెందులలో రూ.450 కోట్లతో జగన్ చేపట్టిన వాటర్ గ్రిడ్కు మళ్లీ శంకుస్థాపన చేస్తారట. ఎవరి హయాంలో ఏం అభివృద్ధి జరిగిందో పులివెందుల ప్రజలందరికీ తెలుసు. గతంలోనూ వైఎస్సార్ పూర్తి చేసిన చిత్రావతి, పైడిపాలెం రిజర్వాయర్లలను చంద్రబాబు క్రెడిట్ చోరీ చేశాడు
..ఆనాడు చంద్రబాబు చేసిన ప్రారంభోత్సవాలకు నేనే స్వయంగా వెళ్లి వైఎస్సార్ ఏం చేశాడో చెప్పా.. ప్రజల్లో విపరీతమైన స్పందన వచ్చింది. వీళ్లు ఎన్ని కాకమ్మ కబుర్లు చెప్పినా ప్రజలకు అన్నీ తెలుసు.. సరైన సమయంలో సరైన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటారు. వైఎస్ జగన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఉచిత పంటల బీమా ఒక హక్కుగా ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ వచ్చేది. డిసెంబర్ 15 నాటికి వరి మినహా అన్ని పంటలకు బీమా గడువు పూర్తయ్యింది. ఈ ప్రభుత్వం రైతు బీమా చేసుకునేందుకు ఎటువంటి అవగాహన కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టలేదు.
..ఫలితంగా రైతులు బీమా ప్రీమియం కట్టుకోలేని పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. రైతులు ప్రీమియం కట్టుకునేలే జనవరి 15వరకూ గడువును పెంచాలని నా డిమాండ్. ఇప్పటికైనా ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు వచ్చి బీమాపై స్పష్టత ఇవ్వాలి. చంద్రబాబు.. అమరావతి, 99 పైసలకే భూముల పందేరంలో బిజీగా ఉన్నాడు. అదేమన్నా అంటే సంపద సృష్టించాను అంటాడు. తండ్రీ కొడుకులిద్దరిదీ ఓన్లీ పబ్లిసిటీ...నో యాక్టివిటీ.
