Panchayats in trouble

Governing bodies or stagnant funds

New Sarpanchs sworn in on 22nd

Ramayampeta (Medak):Panchayats have been without governing bodies or governance for about two years. People faced many difficulties under the rule of special officials. The secretaries of Arthika Sangam are struggling to get funds. They even offered money to fill diesel in garbage collection tractors. Such problems will end. In the next four days, the ruling parties will be measured. The problems in the villages are to be solved.

Major problems in the villages

● More than 90 GPs in the district do not have concrete buildings. Some are running on rental basis and others in panchayat offices.

● More than 350 Anganwadi centers in villages are running on rent and school buildings due to lack of proper buildings.

● Ration shops are not available to public in some panchayats. Due to this, people have to travel for kilometers.

● Garbage collection in villages has become chaotic. Garbage accumulates and stinks.

● In small panchayats and tribal areas, roads and sewers are partially dilapidated and people are facing problems. Precautions should be taken.

● Especially in the trunks, the tribals are facing problems due to the sewage flowing on the road.

● In some panchayats, the bastions have partially collapsed and become dangerous.

People's hopes should not be dashed. They will work for the development of the village without giving up their hopes. First visit the village along with the ward members and examine the problems and solve them with the cooperation of the MLA.
