A senior police official commented that the main reason for this is that many officers feel that they have to leave behind a lot when they are posted to clean the house while there is a lamp. There is a full demand for ACP and DCP postings in the area known as the expensive commissionerate in Greater. There they are competing against each other as if they will be there if they are given a chance. It is noteworthy that in a division that has hotels, spas and IT companies, an officer is telling the staff in advance that he is the ACP.
