Wankidi, December 24 (Andhra Jyoti): AITUC leaders handed over a petition to Medical Officer Ayesha on Wednesday to take action against the Bham Society, which is neglecting to pay the pending salaries to sanitation, patient care, security guards and other employees working in the CHC hospital in Wankidi mandal center. On this occasion, AITUC District Vice-President Atmakuri Chiranjeevi said that the employees working in Wankidi CHC are earning wages and providing services to the patients who come to the hospital while feeding the family. He said that since Bhim Society has not paid their wages since five months, the employees are continuing to live in severe financial difficulties. He demanded to provide them with ESI and PF facility along with the pending salaries of five months, give them identity cards and grant them national holidays. AITUC leaders Pippiri Venkatesh, Tirupati, hospital staff Dinkar, Chandrasekhar, Jamuna, Gaurubai, Bhatyalakshmi and others participated in the program.
