Hyderabad, December 24: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that funds will be provided directly to Sarpanches for the development of villages. An honor program was held for the newly elected Sarpanchs in Kodangal constituency. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy attended the program as the chief guest. Speaking on this occasion, the CM gave good news to the sarpanches. He said that funds will be provided directly to the Sarpanchs for the development of villages. For big villages Rs. 10 lakhs and for small villages Rs. 5 lakhs will be given each. The CM said that it will be given to the Sarpanchs under the Special Development Fund. He said that funds will be given to ministers, MLAs and MPs regardless. Also, the CM announced that ration cards will be issued to all the deserving people in the villages. You have carried me on your shoulders since 2009. Make Kodangal an ideal for the country. Country is good only if villages are good. Administration should be done without discrimination in villages. Parties.. should work together without getting lost. There should be Sarpanchs to support the development of villages. High quality services should be provided to the people. CM Revanth suggested to the new sarpanches that villages should be developed beyond parties.
