Chief Minister Revanth Reddy spoke at a high-level review meeting on the implementation and guidelines of Raitu Bharosa Scheme. Rythu Bharosa funds should be available only to farmers who are plowing. He said that it is not possible to give funds to lands that are not suitable for cultivation.
