The villagers gave the new Sarpanchs the huge responsibility of rebuilding the village. This is a very heavy duty. The dream of village swaraj will come true if the sarpanch adds willpower to this duty along with his powers. Powers alone are not enough for any task. Along with that, there is a need for leadership to unite and lead the people. Sarpanchs should also stand by the good works done by the government while doing acceptable works for the village. Among the winning sarpanches, regardless of whether they are the ruling party or the opposition, the government should also fully contribute to the development of the village with a big heart. Crores are waiting to see how the new Sarpanchs will rule the Gramrajyas and what kind of role they will play in the reconstruction of the villages. The development of villages depends on the efforts of newcomers. The development of rural areas is linked to the development of the country.

Are the funds provided by the central and state governments sufficient? The extent to which funds are allocated to the actual village is crucial. After the accession of Telangana state, reconstruction of villages is going on fast. Sarpanch should take the responsibility of taking this work further.

When developing the village, the work to be done in five years should be prepared for each village. A plan should be prepared by taking the opinions of all in the village meetings. The opinions, suggestions and suggestions given by the Gram Sabha should be carefully discussed and acted upon in the Gram Panchayat meetings. May be related to some financial aspects. There are non-financial aspects. To what extent are the contributions from governments adequate in terms of financial aspects? We need to find ways to make up the remaining funds. If there are any industries in the vicinity of the village, their help can be taken. If you tap the generosity of those who love their hometown, some funds will come? First of all, the names of all the people who grew up from that town and abroad should be recorded. For this, the village secretary can take the help of educated youth in the village. The newly elected ruling classes would go out of their town and arrange special meetings with the settled people and get their advice and suggestions as well as financial assistance. At the village level, the work of modernizing the professions of those who make tools necessary for the needs of today's society should be done as a village foundation. They can get good results if they are taught vocational skills to the latest technology. The task of upholding the artisan groups mainly belonging to BC, SC, ST and minority communities should be undertaken for rural industries. Central, state and government have brought many schemes to help the lower castes and make them stand on their own feet. Many discounts are given. The village sarpanch, ward members and village secretary should study them in depth. Villages will be modernized if they go to the district industry officials and inform them about the status of their village and the human resources in the village and bring about village development projects. From where he took oath as Sarpanch, he should look at the whole town with one eye. He should focus on increasing the income of the village through the works related to various concessions of crops and water from ponds in his village. Everyone should be involved in water conservation and forest conservation in the village. The village should be made into a workplace where the performance of all the schemes laid by the state government is properly implemented. Temple, school, primary health center and cattle hospital should be taken care of. All the activities related to the village should be seen with the eyes of the village. The village should be protected from the bite of all poisonous cultures from cannabis. The role of women and youth should be increased in village development. Antisocial forces should be wiped out. The village should be developed as a center to nurture democratic culture.
