In Palamuru. MEGA CRICKET TOURNAMENT
Mahabubnagar Sports:The MDCA cricket ground near the district center, Palsalamarri Road, will be the venue for the inaugural function of the Venkataswamy Memorial Telangana Inter-District T-20 League on Monday. This Mega T20 League will be organized under the auspices of HCA under the auspices of Visakha Industries. After the inauguration of the eLeague, leagues will be held at joint district levels in the respective districts. As part of the league, a joint Mahbubnagar district zonal league will be held till 27th of this month. While five teams are participating, the first match of the league will be between Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool teams.
Arrival of players from 29 districts
About 500 players from 29 districts of the state will be present in the opening ceremony of the Telangana Inter-District T-20 League. State Labor Minister Vivek Venkataswamy, State Sports Minister Vakiti Srihari, BC Welfare and Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, State ECA Justice, Tourism Minister Jupalli Krishna Rao, State Minority Welfare Minister Mohammad Azharuddin along with State Government Sports Advisors AP Jitender Reddy, Peddapalli MP Gaddam Vamsikrishna were present in the opening ceremony of this mega tournament. SAT Chairman Shivsena Reddy, MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy and HCA representatives were present.
Prepared cricket ground
The MDCA ground has been prepared in Telangana district. Turf wickets and greenery have been arranged on the ground so that matches can be held at the national level. This makes the cricket ground look like an international level stadium. The MDCA cricket ground has been prepared in every way for the opening ceremony of the T-20 league. Preparations have been going on in the field since three days. SP Janaki inspected the MDCA grounds. The details of the management of the league were inquired from the MDCA representatives. The police will take strict action as the ministers are coming.
